The staff was incredibly accommodating and proactive in ensuring our needs were met.
Unfortunately, I was frustrated with the breakfast situation during our stay. The area was cramped and there was a clear lack of seating. Not to mention, I noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallways that seriously detracted from the overall ambiance of the place. This could have been a much more enjoyable experience if these issues were addressed.

We loved the welcoming reception with complimentary snacks that made us feel right at home.
The absence of queen-sized beds was quite disappointing, as the double beds felt cramped for our family.

The lobby and breakfast area are fantastic, showcasing a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, the carpets throughout the hotel, including the room, are stained and need replacing. My bathroom was clogged for a day, which required maintenance. While they did offer homemade pastries, they surprisingly ran out of white bread during breakfast, indicating a tight supply for guests. The service felt a bit money-conscious, such as asking for my room number just for extra towels.

Went on a group trip with friends and had a great time! The staff was incredibly accommodating and suggested a spacious room for us. Loved how clean and bright everything felt. The location was super convenient for the sites we visited. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway with friends!
Unfortunately, the breakfast area got pretty crowded during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us to find seating. Just be prepared for that during peak times!

The breakfast buffet hits high notes with quality offerings and engaging presentations, like fun notes on 'to-go' bags. The indoor pool facilities offer a nice getaway for a quick dip after a long day.
The absence of microwaves and refrigerators in rooms limits meal options, especially for extended stays. On weekends, the breakfast area gets packed, resulting in a cramped dining experience. I noticed some wear on the carpets in hallways that could use a refresh, which does detract from the overall appeal of the place.

Loved how clean everything felt in this hotel. The lobby was immaculate, creating a great first impression. Breakfast offered quality options that I actually enjoyed, and I appreciated the homemade items. The room was spacious, making it comfortable to relax after a long day. The staff went above and beyond when they prepared a road trip goody bag for my kids while we waited for our tire to be fixed. However, I did find the carpets in the hallways to be stained, and a bit of wear was noticeable, which detracted from the overall appeal. Also, during peak breakfast times, it got pretty crowded, making it hard to find seating.

During our family trip to support our son's high school wrestling team, we found the staff exceptionally attentive when one of the boys accidentally left cash in the room. They promptly tracked down our bus driver to return the money, which truly speaks to their dedication. The breakfast options were not only high-quality but also creative, with homemade pastries and fresh fruit salad that made mornings enjoyable. Overall, our stay was marked by thoughtful touches, making it a memorable experience.
